Enter the amount of the check on the $ line. In the box above, select the account that you want to write checks from. To write a check using Quicken, go to Tools>Write and Print Checks. If you prefer not to download transactions directly from your bank or your bank is not in the list of supported financial institutions, you can manually add your transactions instead. (For online bill pay enabled accounts only.)
